FARENTA TRAINEE

Farenta Oy is founded in 2003 and is a company, which has focused on pharmaceutical staff services for pharmacies and industry. Our goal is to be the house of pharmacy, which is the best employer and partner for the customers. We take care of our employees educating and providing new opportunities and possibilities to for the future.

 In community pharmacies our staff services covers the whole chain from unloading the products up to the lead of the pharmacy. In pharmaceutical industry Farenta people work in different posts including specific pharmaceutical tasks (i.e. selling permits, drug safety).

Farenta has gained a remarkable position in the field of pharmacy due to its professional knowledge of pharmacy, reliable, fast and flexible service which covers whole Finland. At the moment 250 employers are serving 350 pharmacies and various pharmaceutical companies in Finland.

Now we’re extending to Sweden and searching 1-2 trainees to get schooling for regional manager job in Finland to establish the same kind of system to Sweden. In the beginning the job will be basic pharmaceutical work, recruiting employees, finding clients (pharmacies, companies), planning schedules and finding suitable people for each job, marketing etc.

 Training period will be 2-3 months and it’s planned to be performed during next spring in Finland (January-May; dates can be set by the applicant). The candidates should be last year students (apotekarie-linje). We expect the candidates to be innovative and willing to establish something new in the branch in Sweden. Good skills in English required.
